The 2011 IGRA Convention is just around the corner. Below you will find registration instructions. Register your organization's delegates and get your organization heard, get the full vote by getting all of them here to San Diego. Plus, there are other wonderful things to do here, when you are not voting on the next by-law change that is... |
Convention Registration
Get your Convention Badge here. IGRA recommends that each person attending the convention should get their badge before October 26, 2011 to guarantee the $100.00 registration fee. After October 26th, there will be a $25.00 LATE FEE assessed to each badge. After November 2nd, there will be a $50.00 LATE FEE assessed. These late fees will help to cover the cost of last minute printing and executive fees.
If you would like to pay via Check, please email the Treasurer before October 26th, and we will make sure that your information is added and instructions provided.
Select your Capacity then click the Add to Cart button, you can add multiple items as well as change the number of an item on the order page.

above, the price will automatically update!
Right before you complete your order, you will be presented with the
"Review your Information" dialog, click on the "Add" link to add the
Attendee Names and Capicities and affiliation for all - Click Save when done entering the
information.

Jane Whoever, Guest, GSGRA
etc...
Capacity = Executive Officer, Committee Chair, Delegate, Alternate, Guest
IF THIS IS NOT DONE, THERE WILL BE NO WAY THAT THE ATTENDEE CAN BE VERIFIED WHEN THEY ARRIVE.

At Convention
When you arrive at the hotel come to the registration
desk to check in and get your badge. Be sure to check in
before convention starts on Saturday. The check in desk will be
located outside the Carmel Room.
There will be signage directing you to where you need to go.
Wednesday 9th - 5pm-8pm
Thursday 10th - 9am-5pm
Friday 11th - 9am-2pm
Saturday 12th - 7am-8am
